Movement
What is movement? How can we perform efficient movement? That must be determined by the objective. These are concepts we will be exploring in each class by learning about our body and spatial awareness. We will take on coordination tasks, work on skills that may be new to you and even work on promoting better balance and control in the process. Movement in its rarest form is energy and in this class we are going to explore how that can be expressed while developing greater control of it.
Hand Balance and Mobility
Training handstands is more than an objective, it’s an entire journey. In this class you will learn the difference between underbalance and over balance. You will also learn how to appropriately progress in your practice and set real goals. To get the most out of your handstands it takes consistency and listening to your body. Each class we are going to put in the work based on your level, that way the goals you set can be reached.
